Purple Dragon Martial Arts is one of the fastest growing Martial Arts Schools in the State. Purple Dragon Martial Arts primary arts are traditional Chang Hon form system, or Blue Cottage, system of forms consist of twenty four (24) patterns created by General Choi, Hong Hi., and Kodakon Judo created by Dr. Jigoro Kano. Purple Dragon also has classes in Kubudo Weapons. Judo ranking using the Shingitai Jujitsu Association, and Taekwondo International ranking using the World Black Belt Bureau. With over 35 years experience all instructors are certified instructors.

3rd Degree Black belt in Taekwondo, 1st Degree Black belt in Sport Judo. Certified Instructor in Taekwondo from the World Black Belt Bureau, Certified Instructor in Judo from Shingitai Jujitsu Association, Competitor of the Year 2006, 2007, and 2008, Certified Instructor in Okinawan Kubudo. Ranked in American Kempo. Nine years of law enforcement back ground on a local, county and federal level. Has numerous awards in traditional and open forms, weapons, sparring, self-defense, and blowgun. Has ran as well as sat on many testing panels nationwide. Has demonstrated as well as ran several martial art demo team performances. Has developed a unique style of self-defense incorporating Taekwondo, Judo, and law enforcement techniques. Co-County Director for the Greene County.

3rd Degree Black belt in Taekwondo. Certified Instructor in Taekwondo from the World Black Belt Bureau, Competitor of the Year 2006, 2007, and 2008, Certified Instructor in Okinawan Kubudo, Black Belt Spirit Award 2007. Ranked in American Kempo. Has numerous awards in traditional and open forms, weapons, sparring, self-defense, and blowgun. Has ran as well as sat on many testing panels nationwide. Has demonstrated as well as ran several martial art demo team performances. Has authored many training materials and manuals. Co-County Director for the Greene County.

Certified Instructor in Taekwondo from the World Black Belt Bureau, Has studied American Kempo, and Maphilindo Silat, Earned a National championship in 2006, forms competitor of the year in 2007. Certified Instructor in Okinawan Kubudo. Has several awards in traditional and open forms, weapons, sparring, self defense and blowgun. Has sat on many testing panels and perfromed with a Taekwondo demonstration team for several years.

2nd Degree Black belt in Taekwondo. Certified Instructor in Taekwondo from the World Black Belt Bureau, Competitor of the Year 2007, Regional Champion 2009.
Elizabeth York, Junior Instructor
2nd Degree Black belt in Taekwondo. Associate Instructor in Taekwondo , State Champion 2007, Competitor of the Year 2008.
